I received an email from a woman who I consider a spriritual friend. We've only met three or four times, over the past 5 years, but we click in an interesting way. I'll paraphrase Alison's email;
Three things in life, once gone, never come back
Time, Words, Opportunity
Three things that can destroy a person
Pride, Anger, Unforgiveness
Three things to never lose sight of in life
Hope, Peace, Honesty
One thing that is constant in life
The Great Spirit that we can reach thru
Prayer.
Prayer and meditation are an important part of my daily life
